BriarTek's Product Transition team works closely with the Research & Design and Production Divisions to prototype new concepts and products. Product Transition assimilates functional concepts developed by R&D and develops them into finished products. The transition process requires a high level of collaboration between the design’s original developers, the “transition” engineers who validate, improve & streamline designs for manufacturing and BriarTek’s Production division and other third party manufacturers who require simple, robust & repeatable product designs. BriarTek has broken down the prototyping and transition process into three core areas:
