Requirements, Schedule, and Quality

Our Product Transition team intially develops a list of requirements for each new product design that defines every aspect of the development and manufacturing process. Product Transition considers technical and functional requirements, necessary certification and agency approvals, quality assurance and design for manufacturability requirements. We bring suppliers, toolers and certifying bodies into the fold during the requirements stage to ensure the development plan is devoid of any unrealistic assumptions or requirements.

After Product Transition defines the design requirements, they evaluate all concepts provided by R&D to establish the designs baseline. A development schedule and quality program is then put into place and the design team works to design, refine and integrate all levels of the design into a finished product.
